1. Who these terms are between
These terms apply when you buy from Pump Buddy, run by Tiny Orbit Labs (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. Contact: [email protected].
2. Pre-orders and batches
We build Pump Buddy in numbered batches. Batch 1 is limited to 20 units. Pre-ordering means you pay now for a unit we will build and send within the estimated time shown on the product page. Any dates we give are estimates, not guarantees, and we will email you before a delay happens.
3. Prices and early-bird pricing
Prices are in US dollars. Early-bird pricing applies only to the number of spots shown on the product page and may end earlier than the stated number if spots sell out. Optional extras, such as a magnetic case or a spare case, are priced as shown on the product page. Prices may change for future orders. A price change does not affect an order you have already placed.
4. Placing an order and payment
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your order is accepted when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if we cannot fulfil it, suspect fraud, or there was an obvious pricing or listing error, and we will tell you if we do.
5. Case colour and appearance
Each case is 3D-printed, sanded and painted by hand. Small differences between units, such as gloss, faint layer lines or slight differences in shade, are normal. Photos and screen colours are a guide only.
6. Shipping
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. You are responsible for giving us a correct address. Shipping is a flat rate within the US, shown at checkout before you pay. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you gave. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will help sort it out. Sales tax is added where required.
7. Refunds, returns and warranty
Our refund policy explains cancellations, returns, replacements and the 90-day warranty. It forms part of these terms.
8. Safe use
Pump Buddy contains a rechargeable lithium battery and small parts. It is not a toy for young children. Use only the supplied or a similar USB-C cable and charger. Stop using it and contact us if it gets very hot, swells, smells odd or is damaged. Do not open it, crush it, burn it or leave it in extreme heat or in water. It is not a medical device and its step and rep counts are estimates.
9. Our content
The Pump Buddy name, logo, designs, software and website content belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking. You may share links and photos of your own Pump Buddy.
10. Limits on our responsibility
We do our best to make a reliable product, but to the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Please contact us first with any problem so we can try to solve it informally.
12. Changes
We may update these terms for future orders. The version on this page when you order applies to your order.
