What does pre-order mean, and when will mine ship?
Each Pump Buddy is built and tested by hand in small batches. Batch 1 is 20 units and ships within 2–3 weeks of your order. If anything slips, we email you before you have to ask, and you can get a full refund any time before he ships.
How long does the battery last?
His 2000 mAh battery gives approximately 28 hours of use per charge. He charges over USB-C, so a top-up is quick and uses a cable you already own.
Is he waterproof?
[TBD: water resistance rating]. Until it's confirmed, keep him away from swimming pools and showers.
How do I change his colours?
Plug him into your PC and use the Windows control app. Pick the eye white and each pupil, save up to 8 looks, and switch between them whenever you like.
Does it work on Mac or Windows?
The control app runs on Windows. [TBD: Mac support]. Once your colours and skill wheel are set, he works on his own without a computer.
